In Memory of...

Nicholas Trawczynski

November 7, 1990 - June 10, 2005

On June 10, 2005, Heaven gained an angel.

Nicholas was an eighth grader here at St. Joseph School when he was killed on the tractor he was driving when it was hit by a truck on the road in front of his house.  Nick was a wonderful, bright, enthusiastic individual.  He was someone who was full of life and knew how to live it.  It has been said that Nick lived more in 14 years than most of us will live in 80.  He was inquisitive, imaginative, and knew how to keep his teachers on their toes!  Nick could be seen in the halls of St. Joseph School walking with his friends, running an errand for a teacher, or giving a hand to anyone who needed it.  It was not hard to miss Nick; he towered over most everyone else (except for a couple other classmates).  The one thing you could be sure you would see was a smile on his face!  We know that Nick left us for a better place and a bigger mission.  We can take solace in the fact that he is with God now and watching out for us all.  We will miss him greatly!
